You Made Me Believe In The Mystery Of Connection

The life is full of surprises and people throw our future completely upside down. Some call these surprises coincidence. Others call it serendipity, synchronization or even encounters linked by the common thread of destiny. However, they all have one thing in common: the mystery of connection. And that’s what I experienced thanks to you.

Now and then I still wonder when it all started. When did you clear some space for me? At what exact moment did the mystery of connection become part of our lives? I don’t know exactly when it all started. The truth is that joining the journey is something I enjoy.

Letting go of myself is something I really want to learn to do. I also want to learn how to send you messages in a code that only we understand. However, it’s just not easy to reveal what our words can’t explain.

I just don’t know how you do it. You have become my favorite replay and the engine of my thoughts and my smile. I can’t really explain it in words, but it’s true. I also like to feel this way. Best of all, you make me feel alive even without touching my skin.

I must confess that you are winning in this game. After all, it is impossible to close my eyes and pretend that nothing happens when my soul touches your soul.

However, I must also admit that you are a bit secretive. You are an expert at dodging conversations about yourself. I don’t really care because I like it. Do you know how much I enjoy discovering you?

Are you aware that you have a special ability to connect with others? You are skilled in the art of listening to their demons and what makes them happy.

And not only that, did you know that your sense of humor brightens up my days? You really are a rebel. With your unexpected strategies you are able to create magic and create a smile. Actually, thanks to you, I started smiling more.

Sometimes I also think that you are an anchor in the midst of quicksand. At other times you are like a surprise that makes everything different. You definitely know how to leave a mark!

I have another secret: I admire you. After all, it is one thing to live the dream and quite another to live and get to know each other. You then explore the path of self-discovery and evolve.

That way you become a happier person who makes others happy. You are the best example of why we need to connect with ourselves. You have solved the mystery of connection.

I don’t want to end without thanking you for allowing me to meet you after so many failed attempts. It’s not your fault but mine. I know that.

The truth is we’re here for some reason. Here we are. We send each other coded messages and riddles. That’s what I think. I can only speak for myself. I still don’t take anything back.

If all this is in my head, then at least I’m enjoying the journey. Never mind that I will never reach my destination and that this is just a fuzzy connection.

I don’t want to believe that though. I want to believe that something caused this hurricane. What I want to believe is that there is something between your fears and my insecurities, between your doubts and my worries.

I want to thank you for not closing the door when I knocked. In addition, I want to thank you for your understanding, for spending time with me, for our discussions, for your thoughts in the middle of the night and for your jokes (I’m sure you know what I’m talking about).

Thank you for letting me walk beside you.  Thank you for creating spiritual mazes for me and awakening my power to find myself. Trust me, it’s not easy to find someone who encourages you to grow. It’s not easy to find someone to show you things you couldn’t see before.
